  1. Public Hearing: Request from Pearl Lampe and Karen Guisasola for a Special Use Permit for the purpose of operating a Group Daycare on that parcel commonly known as 1008 N Lincoln Avenue, Jerome, ID 83338.

  1. Public Hearing: Request from Jonathon Taylor (representing Smith, Brubaker, and Haack) for a variance allowing a retail facility to build within the required 25’ setback for a Commercial 3 (C-3) zone on that parcel identified as R17E T8 South Section 30 RPJ00000306564A or more commonly known as 2502 S Lincoln Avenue, Jerome, ID 83338.

  1. Public Hearing: Request from Ron Williams representing Darigold for a variance allowing construction within the established 25’ setbacks for Manufacturing 2 (M-2) zone on that parcel identified as Lot 6-a Block 1 Jerome SE Industrial Park #3 Replat 30-18-17 or more commonly known as 1703 S Buchanan Street, Jerome, ID 83338.

  1. Approval of May 24, 2011 and June 28th regular meeting minutes
